2 刷毛裝置2.1 刷毛裝置為一組底板,，上面拖著一輛小車,，小車運(yùn)行在底板下表面二邊相平行的軌道上。刷子用鉸鏈裝在底板后面,，垂直地用150g(0.33磅)的壓力加在小車上,。
2.2 刷子由二排硬尼龍硬毛簇左右交錯排列，尼龍硬毛的直徑為0.41mm(0.016英寸),、長19mm(3/4英寸),，每一簇硬毛有20根尼龍硬毛，每英寸4簇。在小車前部有一夾鉗,，刷毛操作時(shí),，可用它將試樣夾在小車上。
2.3 將試樣放在小車上用夾鉗固定住,，抬起刷子,，45°燃燒箱生產(chǎn)廠家，把小車推向后方,，使刷子放到試樣面上,，再用手以均勻的速度將小車向前拉。
